Health looks different for everyone. My suggestions will be made based on your own individual needs. It is my goal to help you pursue optimal wellness. I believe that quality food, water, lifestyle, and sleep are priorities. When we focus on foundations & supplement only when needed, we can take back control of our health & wellbeing. Health and healing require more than just supplements and prescriptions. A detailed history will be taken diving into your medical history (both physical and mental) and current lifestyle. Our sessions will utilize many modalities such as nutrition, stress management, herbs, etc. in order to help you reach your wellness goals.

About Me
I am a Holistic Health Practitioner certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have completed multiple courses/certifications & attended seminars in addition to countless hours of reading & researching to gain the knowledge I have now. Addressing preconception, fertility, and women’s health issues with holistic approach is my passion & how I believe God has called me to help others. I was born & raised in central west Texas & still resident in the same county that I grew up in. I love Texas & I am so proud to call it home. My husband & I started dating in 2011 & were married in 2020. We love spending time with our spoiled rescue dogs, riding our UTV & enjoying the beautiful sunsets that God paints for us each evening. My husband & I both have a strong desire to learn new things & continually learn more about the topics we are already interested in. I believe that is one reason I have such a passion for fertility; I view every case as a puzzle with the opportunity to always learn from my clients.
